- Assistance to partners in the integration of Ilex IAM Platform
- Services on demand for Ilex customers: advice, product expertise, architecture, specific developments, migrations, extended support, third-party application maintenance, etc.
This Integration service is made up of consultants, all training engineers and experts on the Ilex IAM Platform solutions, split across 3 profile types: project managers and directors, architects and consultants, technical experts and developers.
All combine the essential skills needed to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and our integrator partners:
- Technical expertise in the IAM domain and Ilex IAM Platform solutions
- Management and project organisation skills
- Detailed knowledge of the technical and functional dimensions of IAM projects

Ilex’s know-how put to use on behalf of your organisation
Throughout the year, Ilex offers training to its customers and partners – primarily the project management teams – to ensure they have a detailed knowledge of our IAM solutions.
This training is targeted based on the products used, and provided at the Ilex Head Office in Asnières-sur-Seine. It is based on numerous practical tasks which give the training a highly operational and pragmatic dimension.

Do you need specific developments in addition to our solutions? Ilex IAM experts analyse your situation and develop the elements required to offer you a turnkey solution!
For example, we are developing for ASIP SANTÉ (previously GIP-CPS) a set of tools dedicated to the CPS card, aimed at healthcare professionals and establishments. We also ported the software for the Carte Vitale health insurance card to several platforms for the Sesam-Vitale EIG.
Ilex is also making a dedicated team available to the Canal+ group, centralising and securing Live TV access for the new MyCanal multi-screen portal. This not only allows customisation of access to the subscriber customer area, but also allows spontaneous signups to be offered to prospective customers via social federation (Google+, Facebook, etc.).
