Ilex International is first and foremost a human-scale enterprise with 70 employees, where togetherness, spontaneity and openness are the watchwords, in our in-house relationships and with our customers. Our employees are passionate about their work, and are always on the lookout for new challenges.
A family spirit and mutual support out are part of our culture and philosophy, and enable us to build high-quality, personal relationships with our customers.
At Ilex International, we are all free to take initiatives and we always promote internal mobility. Vincent Desbiendras, our Product Director, joined the development team in 2005 and has had many roles, including project manager, head of integration, and IDSphere product manager.
